Is 2025 ⏰ Slipping Away Already? Let’s Change That.

Well, here we are—almost at the end of January. And I’ll be honest with you, I’ve been in that exact spot where the “new year, new me” excitement fizzles out. In the past, I would have cracked open my planner, made endless lists, and tried to do it all. But guess what? By mid-January, I was staring at that same to-do list, feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. Sound familiar?


 


 

Here’s what I’ve learned through all of this: Momentum doesn’t come from doing everything—it comes from starting small.


💡 Tip 1: Start Small.When I used to try and tackle everything all at once, I burned out quickly. Now, I pick just one goal—something that gets me excited—and break it down into a tiny action step. It doesn’t have to be huge. The key is starting. When you take just one step toward your goal, you’re already on your way. Celebrate that.


💡 Tip 2: Use What You Already Have.Have you ever bought a book, signed up for a course, or taken notes at a workshop—and then just let them sit there, gathering dust? I used to do that too! But the truth is, the tools and knowledge you already have are often enough to move you forward. Take a few minutes to dig into what you already know. There’s a goldmine of insights waiting for you that you may have forgotten about or put off using.
